Having Nature Have Its Way

Nature really knows what it is doing. No need to look further just observed things around to get the answer. Look at ants as they show you how nature works. It is doing a swell job at it. Each ant has its role depending on its rank. Each ant knows what their job is. There is no need to tell them what needed to be done. Humans may have midlife crisis, which ants don’t have. This, of course, can’t be said about humans. During the time when life was simpler, we knew what we have to do. Our modern lives have made things complicated. We may engage in endless debates. For all we care, we can debate why Eve went against nature. We are in this rut because we refused to listen to nature any more.

As we go along, we can apply this idea to various facets of life. But we need to have a closer look on its effect to our health. The body needs no instruction for it to function property. Our ability to breathe is completely independent and something we need not to tell the body to do so. We can see nature is working that way. As we poised to be body’s dictator, we have failed in our attempt.

It is no secret, we have become unhealthier than ever. It makes no sense because medicine is supposedly better today than before. We are getting sick and dying before the time when we supposed to. The thing is preventable death or diseases are on the rise like obesity. We are now facing a problem why we aren’t able to solve these health challenges. In some ways, it may be traced to our neglect of nature. We try to command our bodies and veer away from what nature dictates. We need to go back to the fact there is a link between mind and body. We need to ensure ourselves if we do things right. As we see today, the results are far from desirable.

We are now letting ourselves override nature and it is something that has a profound negative impact to our health. Our bodies are no longer having a say in the health of our bodies. Dieting is something we do because it may be the fad, and not because it can benefit the health. This is the reason why we are not able to hit our fitness goals. We engage on things that run the risks to our health. The body will tell you if it is getting enough.

Stop the problem by listening back to nature by doing nothing. Allow nature to take its course. The body will be able to tell you if you need to do something such as a weight loss cleanse.
